What's the difference between LGPoint and VPoint?

LGPoint is the primary currency, 1 HKD = 1 LGPoint, usable on all services. VPoint is a VIP bonus, applied first to select services (AI hand wash, signature hand wash). LGPoint tops up any shortfall automatically.

How do I become a member?

Register an account, open Wallet, choose any plan, and complete Stripe checkout. Membership activates instantly with points credited.

What happens when membership expires?

Account freezes on expiry. Renew within 30 days to unfreeze and keep all LG/V points. After 30 days, balances reset, but your tier always stays at the highest level ever achieved.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancel or reschedule yourself free of charge up to 24h before the slot. Between 2h–24h a 30% hold fee applies. Within 2h no changes are accepted, and non-attendance is marked No-Show.

How is the No-Show penalty calculated?

Based on the scheduled start time: ≥ 24h out = 0%; 2h–24h = 30% of service points; under 2h or not attending = 60%. The remainder is refunded to the original wallet immediately.

Does the No-Show penalty affect VPoint?

Yes. Penalties and refunds are computed per-currency (LG / V) based on the original charge, so VPoint is never silently converted into LGPoint.

What if I'm marked No-Show by mistake?

Contact on-site staff or support immediately. Staff can execute a No-Show reversal from the back office: the system refunds the penalty, re-charges the original booking cost, restores the booking to confirmed, and sends both an email and an in-app notification containing the refund amount, updated balance, original penalty, transaction ID (TX-) and booking number. Every action is written to the audit log.

Paid members can issue single-use passes (service + plate) and share via WhatsApp / link. Max 3 active passes at once; each valid up to 60 days.
