• Deliver car wash and detailing services, handle bookings and redemption.
• Manage member tiers, point balances and birthday perks.
• Send booking reminders, renewal notices and transaction confirmations via email or WhatsApp.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell user personal data. Data may be shared in the following cases:

• Payment processors (Stripe) to complete payments.
• Cloud providers (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) to store and process data.
• Communication providers (email / WhatsApp) to deliver notifications.
• Hong Kong law-enforcement agencies where legally required.

4. Data storage

User data is stored on encrypted cloud databases accessible only to authorised staff. Transaction and membership records are retained for at least 7 years after account closure to satisfy tax and business record obligations.

5. Cookies

This app uses essential cookies to maintain sessions and remember user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, users have the right to:

• Access and correct personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we stop using personal data for direct marketing.
• Request account deletion (remaining points will be forfeited).
