Q. How long does the free diagnosis take and how do I book?
The on-site diagnosis usually takes 20–30 minutes: Consultant Doctor Louis grades exterior + interior condition and quotes the recommended Lv.1 / Lv.2 / Lv.3 tier on the spot. Book via WhatsApp +852 9789 7861 or online.
Q. What's the difference between Lv.1, Lv.2 and Lv.3?
Lv.1 (HKD 3,999) targets light oxidation and everyday grime; Lv.2 (HKD 5,999) adds medium-oxidation polishing and deep interior care; Lv.3 (HKD 8,999) is deep-oxidation restoration + long-life German KOCH-CHEMIE / William's Racing coating — the most complete restoration.
Q. How long do the results last?
Depending on the package: Lv.1 lasts 3–6 months; Lv.2 lasts 6–12 months; Lv.3 with the long-life coating lasts 12–24 months and makes future washes faster.
Q. How long does the service take? Can I collect the car the same day?
Lv.1 takes as little as 9 hours, Lv.2 needs 1–2 working days, Lv.3 needs 2–3 working days (final duration depends on on-site condition assessment). Allow enough time in-shop; if same-day pickup is required, please mention it at booking.
Q. Does the price include the interior? Do older cars / large SUVs cost more?
Every package includes standard exterior + interior care. Large SUVs, commercial vehicles or special paint (e.g. matte) are quoted transparently at the on-site diagnosis. We accept credit card, FPS and cash.
