Can I just walk in without booking?

We recommend booking online. AI wash bays are limited and peak slots (weekends and weekdays after 18:00) usually sell out. An online booking locks your slot and the wash takes about 30 minutes. Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.

Is there a first-time offer, and how is pricing calculated?

Your first AI wash is HK$100, including robotic-arm pre-wash, semi-hand detailing wash and interior/exterior drying. After that you can pay per visit or with LGPoint / VPoint, where 1 point = HK$1. All prices are published.

How long does a 9H ceramic coating last?

Accepted Answer

Typically 1–3 years depending on the grade and maintenance. Hong Kong acid rain and UV are harsh, so we suggest a wash every two weeks and a coating check every six months to keep the gloss and hydrophobic behaviour.

Question 4

How long does interior deep cleaning take? Same-day pickup?

Accepted Answer

A standard interior deep clean takes 3–4 hours — seat and carpet extraction, steam sanitising, vent treatment and leather conditioning — with same-day pickup. Add odour or pest treatment and we suggest allowing half a day.

Is your PPF plotter-cut or hand-cut? Are the edges wrapped?

Every panel is fully hand-cut and wrapped around the edges and corners, so there are no visible plotter seams. Partial protection starts at HK$4,000, half-car at HK$10,000 and full-car at HK$18,000.

Is there parking at the Kwun Tong studio, and how do I get there?

We are at G/F, 138 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong. There is short drop-off space at the door and several hourly car parks nearby. Kowloon Bay, Ngau Tau Kok and Lam Tin are a 5–10 minute drive; MTR Kwun Tong Exit A2 is an 8-minute walk.

Is the membership worth it, and how are rebates calculated?

Membership works as a top-up: the higher the tier, the more VPoint you receive, usable across every service — wash, coating, interior and PPF. Members also get priority slots outside peak hours.

Question 8

Can the AI robotic arm scratch my paint?

Accepted Answer

No. The arm only handles pre-wash and rinse paths; anything touching the paint is a soft-mitt semi-hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo and the two-bucket method to avoid swirl marks. Safe for new, dark and modified cars.
