Membership rules
- Membership runs from the first top-up date and can be extended before expiry.
- Renew within 30 days after expiry to unfreeze and keep points. After 30 days, balance resets to zero.
- Your tier always stays at the highest level ever achieved; renewals carry it forward.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 1 hour count as No-Show.
