Carmate Dr. DEO Gold D287 is an air conditioning and cabin deodorising and sterilising fogger for small and medium cars. Its fragrance-free formula is suitable for those who do not want to mask interior odours with fragrance and need to tackle air conditioning odours.

The product uses stabilised chlorine dioxide as its deodorising ingredient. The product information lists odours, bacteria and viruses as its targets and states deodorising performance of 400%. This performance figure should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results with every use.

Specifications: dimensions H100×W78×D78(mm); weight 195g. When purchasing, note that D287 is intended for both the air conditioning system and the vehicle interior.

Preparation before use:

Ensure the product is not overheated. If it is hot, allow it to cool in a cool, shaded place before use.Remove pets, drinks, tissues and similar items from the vehicle, and ensure all windows are closed.

Set the air conditioning:

Start the engine and air conditioning, set the airflow to the front vents and recirculation mode, and run at maximum fan speed and the lowest temperature for approximately 5 minutes.

Position the product:

Open the product packaging and place it securely in the centre of the front passenger footwell mat.

Activate deodorising:

Using both thumbs, quickly press down the PUSH button on the canister.With the doors closed, leave the product inside the vehicle for approximately 10 minutes. Do not enter the vehicle.

Ventilate after use:

After use, keep the engine and air conditioning running, and open the windows and doors to ventilate for at least 3 minutes to ensure air circulation.

• Suitable for antibacterial and deodorising treatment of the cabin and air conditioning ducts.

• Do not inhale or drink; harmful to humans and must never be ingested.
• Inhaling large amounts of deodorising vapour is harmful. Do not enter the vehicle during use.
• Beware of high temperatures and burns. The product becomes extremely hot when releasing deodorising vapour (the canister can sometimes reach nearly 150℃). Do not touch it. When disposing of it, ensure it has cooled sufficiently, then hold the outer box by its two sides.
• Do not remove the canister from the box before use or dismantle the canister.
• If accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
• If the product gets into the eyes or onto the face or other areas, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water.
• If you feel unwell after inhaling vapour, immediately leave the affected area. If you feel unwell inside the vehicle after treatment, ventilate immediately. In either case, rest in a well-ventilated place.
• If you accidentally touch the hot canister, immediately cool the affected area with clean water. If symptoms persist after the above measures, seek medical attention.
• Store out of reach of children and away from direct sunlight. Avoid high temperatures (above 40℃), low temperatures (freezing) and high humidity.
• Before disposal, ensure the canister (especially the base) has cooled sufficiently, and follow local authority instructions. Dispose of it only after use.
• Do not use for purposes other than those specified.
• If the product is already hot or positioned at an angle before use, deodorising agent may be released. Wipe away any spills immediately.
