Koch Chemie Clay Spray CLS Clay Lubricant comes in a 500ml size and is a ready-to-use spray specifically for use with automotive cleaning clay. The silicone-oil-free formula focuses on low residue and lubrication, helping to reduce the risk of scratching surfaces during claying. Residues can be wiped away with a microfibre cloth and are less likely to leave sticky marks.

The formula also focuses on reducing clay dissolution, helping to extend the life of the clay bar and making it easier to follow up with waxing or coating. When choosing between products, CLS focuses on clay lubrication; CarPro ECH2O can be diluted for use as a clay lubricant and also offers cleaning and gloss-enhancing uses.

Directions: No dilution is required. Spray directly onto the smooth surface to be cleaned, such as paintwork or glass, then use automotive cleaning clay on the wet surface. Keep the surface wet throughout, allowing the clay to glide gently without pressing hard; once finished, wipe away residues with a microfibre cloth.

Check material suitability and compatibility before use; testing on an inconspicuous area is recommended. Avoid working in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces to prevent the lubricant from drying too quickly. After claying, immediate application of a protective layer, such as ProtectorWax or Spray Sealant S0.02, is recommended to continue paintwork care.

Spray the undiluted product over the entire area, treat the wet surface with a clay bar or cleaning pad, then wipe away residues with a microfibre cloth.
