Koch Chemie Fine Cut Foam Pad is a polishing pad with medium cutting power, suitable for use with fine polishing products to correct moderate oxidation and scratches. Choose it for work focused on moderate paint defects rather than heavy cutting for deep scratches.

The pad height is 25mm, helping to reduce torsional forces and improve handling stability. The specially formulated density provides more even polishing action, while the open-cell structure and cell configuration balance cutting and cleaning performance; the edge design adds flexibility when working on curved surfaces, and the pad features brightly coloured non-woven material.

Diameter options: 76mm, 126mm or 150mm.

Surface cleaning:

Before use, ensure the surface to be treated is free of dust and dirt.

Instructions:

Fit the Fine Cut Foam Pad to the polishing machine.Use Fine Cut F6.01 and polish with appropriate pressure, focusing particularly on areas with moderate scratches and oxidation.Adjust the polishing machine speed as needed for the best results.

Aftercare:

After polishing, clean with a cleaning agent or other products to maintain the surface's smoothness and gloss.
