Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Foam Pad

Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Foam Pad is primarily intended for heavy cutting, designed to work with Heavy Cut H9.02 heavy-cut compound to tackle severe weathering and deep scratches on vehicle bodywork. Compared with medium-cut polishing pads, it places greater emphasis on the cutting performance needed for defect correction.

The pad is 25mm thick, helping to reduce torsional forces and improve handling and stability. The specially designed material density helps maintain even pressure, while the open-cell structure and pore configuration balance cutting power with cleanliness; the edge design allows flexible handling on curved surfaces, and the pad features brightly coloured non-woven material.

Diameter options: 76mm, 126mm or 150mm.

Surface cleaning:

Before use, ensure the surface to be treated is free from dust and dirt.

Instructions:

Fit the Heavy Cut Foam Pad to the polishing machine.Use Heavy Cut H9.02 heavy-cut compound, focusing particularly on areas with moderate scratches and oxidation, and polish with appropriate pressure.Adjust the polishing machine speed as needed for best results.

Aftercare:

After polishing, clean with a cleaner or other products to maintain the surface's smoothness and gloss.
