Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 Heavy-Cut Polishing Compound

Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 is a heavy-cut polishing compound focused on cutting performance, suitable for treating long-neglected paintwork, deep scratches, oil stains and sanding marks up to 1,200 grit. Its silicone-oil-free formula can be used on soft and scratch-resistant paintwork.

Uniform abrasive particles help balance cutting performance and gloss; the compound is less prone to sticking to paintwork during extended polishing and leaves less residue, making subsequent treatment easier.

Shake well: Shake the product well before use.Application: Use a rotary polisher with a wool pad (for 1,200–2,500 grit sanding marks) or a Heavy Cut polishing pad (for 1,500–3,000 grit sanding marks), applying the compound evenly in a cross-hatch pattern.Speed and pressure: Polish at medium speed with moderate pressure.After polishing: For optimal gloss, follow up with Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01.
