Koch Chemie Micro Cut Hard Foam Pad is a special firm foam pad for fine polishing, suitable for use with Micro Cut M3.02 micro-abrasive polish and Micro Cut & Finish products to tackle fine scratches and polishing marks.

The 25mm thickness helps reduce torsional forces, improving control and stability; the foam density helps maintain consistent pressure during polishing. The open-cell structure and cell count are designed to balance surface gloss and cleaning performance, while the cut edges increase flexibility for following different contours.

Features brightly coloured non-woven material, with compression hardness and cell structure adapted for high-solids paintwork. Specifications: diameter 76mm, 126mm or 150mm; thickness 25mm.

Preparation:

Ensure the polishing machine and Micro Cut Hard Foam Pad are clean and dust-free.

Polishing:

Apply Micro Cut or Micro Cut & Finish swirl-removing polish evenly to the foam pad.Fit the foam pad to the polishing machine and set an appropriate speed.

Operation:

Gently place the polishing machine on the surface to be treated and move it evenly, avoiding staying in one spot for too long.Repeat the process as needed for the best results.
