Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02

Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 targets polishing marks, residual marks, scratches and 3,000 grit sanding marks on paintwork, making it suitable for polishing processes requiring fine finishing and enhanced gloss.

Uniform abrasive particles correct defects through mechanical abrasion rather than simply concealing scratches, with a focus on achieving a clear, high-gloss surface even under strong lighting. The product is easy to polish with, and residue is easy to remove.

Shake well: Shake the product well before use.Application: For best results, use a Micro Cut pad with a forced-rotation orbital polisher (such as the Makita PO5000C, at maximum speed). A rotary polisher can also be used with a Micro Cut pad.Polishing: With the machine switched off, spread the polish evenly over the surface to be treated, then polish in a cross-hatch pattern with moderate pressure until a transparent film appears, indicating that the aluminium oxide in the abrasive has fully broken down.Residue removal: For scratch-free removal of polishing residue, we recommend using our ultrasonically cut Profi microfibre cloth.
