Koch Chemie Micro Cut Soft Foam Pad is a soft foam polishing pad for fine finishing, suitable for use with the Micro Cut and Micro Cut & Finish ranges to tackle fine scratches, holograms and polishing marks. Its compression hardness and foam cell structure are tailored to soft and sensitive paintwork.

The low 25mm profile helps reduce torsional forces and improve handling stability, while the special-density foam helps maintain compression hardness during polishing. The adjusted open-cell structure and cell count balance gloss performance and cleaning properties. The bevelled edge offers greater flexibility across different contours, and the pad features brightly coloured non-woven material.

Specifications: available diameters 76mm, 126mm or 150mm; height 25mm.

Preparation:

Ensure the polishing machine and Micro Cut Soft Foam Pad are clean and free from dust.

Polishing:

Apply Micro Cut or Micro Cut & Finish swirl-removing polish evenly to the foam pad.Attach the foam pad to the polishing machine and set an appropriate speed.

Operation:

Place the polishing machine gently on the surface to be treated and move it evenly, avoiding staying in one spot for too long.Repeat the process as needed for the best results.
