Koch Chemie Microfibre polishing pad

Koch Chemie Microfibre polishing pad is a microfibre polishing pad primarily intended for cleaning glass surfaces. Used with Component 1 cleaning lotion, it prepares the surface for the subsequent Component 2 nano glass sealing stage.

This polishing pad is free from silicone oil and is suitable for processes that treat glass in separate cleaning and sealing stages, rather than primarily for correcting paintwork scratches.

Specifications: diameter 130mm; quantity 1 pad.

Preparation:

Ensure the glass surface is free from dust and dirt, then select a suitable cleaning lotion.

Cleaning steps:

Fit the microfibre polishing pad to the polishing machine.Apply the cleaning lotion evenly to the glass surface.Gently polish with the polishing machine at an appropriate speed and pressure until the surface is fully activated and clean.

Follow-up treatment:

After polishing, apply a nano glass sealant as required to ensure lasting protection.
