Koch Chemie Pol Star PO Interior Leather and Fabric Cleaner

Koch Chemie Pol Star PO is a 1L pH-neutral interior cleaner suitable for leather, Alcantara, interior textiles and carpets. Its fine-pored foam layer helps remove dirt from between fibres while preserving the existing waterproofing treatment, reducing the likelihood of water marks and dirt re-adhering.

Directions: Dilute from 1:5 to 1:20 depending on the level of soiling and apply using a spray bottle, microfibre mitt or similar tool. Spray the diluted solution evenly onto the surface, allow it to work briefly, then gently wipe with a sponge or microfibre cloth in the main direction of the fibres. Remove product and foam residues with a damp cloth or wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner. When using spray extraction equipment or other carpet/upholstery cleaning machines, adding Kocentschäumer foam agent is recommended. Check colour fastness and material compatibility before application, testing on an inconspicuous area first.

When cleaning Alcantara or fabric seats, use a soft brush from the Koch-Chemie Interior Brush Set to brush gently in the direction of the fibres. Once cleaned and dry, leather can be treated with Leather Star or Protect Leather Care; fabrics or convertible roofs can be treated with Allround Textile Sealant or TexLock to restore waterproof protection. When choosing a product, Pol Star focuses on pH-neutral cleaning of leather, Alcantara and textiles while preserving the waterproofing treatment; Multi Interior Cleaner focuses on deep cleaning of fabrics, headlinings, floors and plastics. CarPro Inside focuses on powerful, high-foaming dirt removal and may not preserve the fabric's existing waterproofing.
