Koch Chemie Polish & Sealing Foam Pad is primarily used for applying sealants and can be paired with 1K Nano or Lack-Polish grün. Choose it according to your sealing and waxing requirements, rather than solely for scratch correction.

The low 25mm height helps reduce torsional forces and improve handling stability; the special-density material helps maintain consistent, even pressure. The open-cell structure and cell count support both abrasive and cleaning performance, while the specially designed edge increases flexibility during polishing, making it easier to work on curved surfaces. It also features brightly coloured non-woven material.

Application steps:

Fit the Polish & Sealing Foam Pad to the polishing machine.Apply a sealant such as 1K Nano or Lack-Polish grün evenly to the surface.Polish with appropriate pressure and speed to ensure the sealant is evenly distributed.

Aftercare:

After polishing, clean with a cleaner or other products to maintain the surface's smoothness and gloss.
