Koch Chemie Reactive Rust Remover RRR Rust Remover

Koch Chemie Reactive Rust Remover RRR is a 500ml pH-neutral rust remover suitable for rust spots, metal particles, sintered brake dust and other inorganic contaminants on paintwork, glass and wheels. Reactive ingredients work with cleaning ingredients to target bonded dirt that is difficult to remove with regular washing.

The formula clings to the treated area and stays wet, allowing the reactive ingredients to dissolve stubborn stains and sintered particles. It turns purple as it dissolves dirt, providing a visible indication of the reaction; surfactants encapsulate and disperse some of the dissolved dirt to facilitate subsequent rinsing. When choosing a product, RRR focuses on a neutral formula, a colour-change reaction and its ability to cling; CarPro IronX primarily targets iron fallout, while TriX combines iron fallout and tar removal.

Directions: First rinse off surface grit with clean water, using a pressure washer if desired. Spray the product undiluted onto the surface and leave to work for approximately 3 to 6 minutes, without allowing it to dry. If necessary, agitate with a brush or sponge, then rinse thoroughly. When cleaning wheels, a Koch Chemie wheel cleaning brush can be used.

Do not use on hot surfaces, and avoid applying in direct sunlight or high temperatures to prevent it from drying too quickly. Existing wax or sealant protection may be weakened after use, so reapplying a protective layer, such as ProtectorWax or Spray Sealant S0.02, is recommended.

Spray the product undiluted onto the surface and leave to work for approximately three to six minutes. If necessary, agitate with a brush or sponge, then rinse thoroughly.

• Paintwork, glass and wheels on private cars, commercial vehicles and similar vehicles; test compatibility on an inconspicuous area first for sensitive surfaces such as polished aluminium.

Do not use on hot surfaces. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
