Soft99 Rain Drop Gold Gloss is the variant in the range that focuses on gloss and surface feel. It has a capacity of 400ml and comes with 1 dedicated microfibre cloth. Its highly reactive siloxane formula provides water-repellent protection lasting approximately 7 months on bodywork and approximately 3 months on glass, with actual durability varying depending on vehicle storage conditions.

The product combines “Instant Gloss Technology” and an “Auto-Aligning Formula”. The coating ingredients rearrange at a molecular level during application, helping to form a smooth, clear protective layer and reduce wipe marks. The coating has low-friction properties, making it suitable for users who place greater importance on surface smoothness and rich gloss.

In addition to water repellency and gloss enhancement, it also helps fill fine scratches. It is suitable for most unpainted resin parts on the vehicle exterior and interior, excluding tyres, allowing care of different areas.

Preparation: Wash the vehicle thoroughly first, completely rinsing off dirt, grit and car shampoo from the bodywork. Ideally, work in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area free from windblown sand and dust.Shake well: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.Spraying and wiping (standard application method):Turn the nozzle to “ON”.Spray directly onto the wet surface, using “1 spray per 50cm square area” as a guide.Immediately wipe the liquid evenly over the surface with the supplied dedicated microfibre cloth, as though spreading it out. Wring out the cloth repeatedly while wiping.Application order: Apply to glass first, then bodywork.Specific areas: For areas such as the radiator grille, wheels and dashboard, do not spray directly. Spray onto the cloth first, then wipe.Gloss-priority application method: For enhanced gloss, dampen the dedicated cloth with clean water and wring it out firmly, then spray and wipe on a dry surface, again using “1 spray per 50cm square area” as a guide.Drying and curing: After wiping, leaving the vehicle stationary to dry for 1 day or longer helps the water-repellent coating bond more firmly. When the temperature is below 10°C, move the vehicle into sunlight after application to warm the surface and help the coating bond.After use: Wipe any remaining liquid from the nozzle and turn it back to “OFF”. Wash the dedicated cloth with tap water and air-dry before storing. If dirty, wash with a neutral detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

• For resprayed vehicles or deteriorated bodywork, test on an inconspicuous area before use.
• Full performance may not be achieved depending on the condition of the paintwork or coating.
• Do not use on matt paintwork or matt wraps. If the product gets onto these surfaces, wipe it off immediately with a clean cloth.
• This product maintains a water-repellent state while it remains effective.

• When the temperature is 10℃ or below, warm the glass with the heater or demister while applying.
• When using for the first time, full performance may not be achieved if a coating other than one from the Glaco range or a heavy oily film is present. In this case, prepare the surface with a separately sold abrasive glass oil-film cleaner before use.
• Do not use on mirrors or glass with special treatments such as tinting, anti-glare, water-repellent, hydrophilic or ultrasonic treatments.
• When humidity is high and there is a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the vehicle, wiper operation may briefly cause a white haze. Take care.
• Depending on usage conditions or duration of use, the water-repellent coating may become uneven, making it difficult to see ahead. Reapply in this case.
• Do not use oil-film-removing screenwash. Use water or water-repellent screenwash (Glaco screenwash recommended).
• Deteriorated wiper rubber may cause wiper judder. Replace with new wipers (Glaco wipers recommended).
