Soft99 Quick-Bonding Glass Water Repellent

Soft99 Quick-Bonding Glass Water Repellent comes in a 120ml bottle and is suitable for glass windows and mirrors. Q-AD (Quick Adhesion & Quick Dry) technology combines fast-adhering and quick-drying ingredients to shorten the glass water-repellent treatment process.

The product is designed for application followed by car washing, which removes excess ingredients to reduce the impact of residue on glass clarity and glare; follow the directions for the drying and washing steps. The water-repellent film helps reduce water droplet adhesion, with an emphasis on lasting performance.

The specially designed applicator makes it easy to treat glass edges and corners. Each bottle provides approximately 10 windscreen treatments, making it suitable for users who wish to combine water-repellent treatment with their car washing routine.

1. Clean the glass surface:Ensure the glass surface is clean. Remove any visible dirt or deposits first to prevent scratches or uneven application.
2. Check the condition:Use only when the glass is completely dry.
3. Open:Turn the cap anticlockwise to open the product.
4. Apply the product:Place the felt pad against the glass and gently squeeze the bottle to allow the liquid to soak evenly through the entire pad.Gently hold the bottle to control the flow and apply evenly over the glass surface without missing any areas. Allow to dry naturally (approximately 1 minute, or approximately 3 minutes in low winter temperatures).
5. Apply in a cross-hatch pattern:Applying in straight vertical and horizontal strokes is recommended for a more even coating.
6. Wash the treated surface:Wash the entire treated surface using a pH-neutral car shampoo and tools such as a car wash sponge.
7. Rinse thoroughly:Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water, then wipe away any remaining water droplets from the treated surface.

• ＜Application precautions＞
• Avoid getting the liquid on any areas other than glass. If the liquid accidentally comes into contact with the bodywork paint, it may cause the paint to peel. Wipe it off immediately.
• When opening the cap, do not point the felt pad towards your body.
• Liquid may spray out. Keep your face away from the felt pad.
• Do not squeeze the bottle unless the felt pad is touching the glass, to prevent splashing.
• Do not use in strong sunlight or when the glass surface is hot.
• Avoid application when the temperature is below 10°C, or warm the glass with the heater or demister before application.
• Water droplets remaining on the glass will reduce effectiveness. Wipe thoroughly dry and ensure the surface is completely dry before use.
• Using too much liquid, or applying over other coatings or oily film residues on the glass, may cause uneven application or liquid repellency.
• On first use, an existing strong coating or oily film may affect performance. Pre-treatment with an abrasive oil-film remover (sold separately) is recommended before application.
• Do not leave the liquid on for an extended period after application, as this may cause an uneven coating.
• If the felt pad is dirty or has foreign matter such as grit attached, it may cause scratches. Remove the pad, wash it with water and allow it to dry completely before use. (Moisture remaining in the felt pad will affect coating performance.)
• Using a non-neutral car shampoo may reduce effectiveness.
• After use, refit the protective cover and tighten the bottle cap for storage. (Do not overtighten, as this may damage the cap.)
• ＜Usage precautions＞
• Do not use for purposes other than those specified.
• This product is for glass only. Do not use on transparent plastic (such as headlamp covers), helmet visors, spectacles or goggles.
• Check the vehicle owner's manual before use.
• When there is a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the vehicle, a momentary white haze may appear when the wipers are activated. This is normal.
• Worn wiper rubbers may cause juddering or unusual noise. Replace them promptly. (Use with Glaco Wipers is recommended.)
• Do not use on the inside of vehicle windows.
• Do not use on specially treated glass or side-view mirrors.
• Wash hands thoroughly after use.
• Depending on the conditions of use, the effect may not last as long. Reapply when water repellency decreases.
• Do not use glass cleaning fluids containing oil-film-removing ingredients. Clean water or a water-based glass cleaning fluid is recommended. (Glaco Glass Cleaning Fluid is recommended.)
• ●Do not inhale or drink: this product is harmful to humans. Avoid inhalation or accidental ingestion.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• People with sensitive skin may experience an allergic reaction. Wearing protective gloves during use is recommended.
• This product is combustible. Keep away from sources of ignition.
• A temporary white haze may appear when driving into the light or emerging from dark areas such as tunnels. Activate the wipers immediately to ensure clear visibility.
• Keep out of reach of children and people suspected of having dementia.
