The owner's problem
Daily city and highway driving meant constant stone-chip risk at the front, plus swirl marks from previous wash routines — all without respraying original paint.
What we did
- 1Intake inspection: every existing chip and fine scratch logged panel by panel.
- 2Deep decontamination — iron fallout and tar removed so the film bonds cleanly.
- 3Fully hand-cut film, wrapped around edges and corners instead of machine templates.
- 4Coating layer applied over the film for gloss and easier cleaning.
- 5Final light-booth check for lifted edges or trapped air before handover.
Result
The car is now maintained with our AI robotic-arm assisted hand wash; three years on the owner reports no new scratches and delivery-day gloss.
Aftercare
Avoid high-pressure jets directly on film edges for the first 7 days, maintain with AI or signature hand wash, and have edges inspected periodically.
Three years on, the paint still looks like delivery day. The AI hand-wash has never left a single scratch.
