Q1. What's the main difference between Plan B and Plan A?
Plan A treats only the windshield. Plan B covers all 7 glass panels plus both wing mirrors — ideal for drivers who do a lot of night or highway driving, or carry passengers in the back seats regularly.
Q2. Do all the windows really need coating?
Coating the side windows brings two benefits: (1) in heavy rain it lowers surface tension so water is thrown off instead of pooling, meaning even a slightly open window stays dry inside; (2) water spots won't build up over repeated washes, keeping the glass clear long-term. Rear-window coating is done alongside the windshield and noticeably improves reversing visibility.
Q3. How long does the job take?
Plan B takes about 2–3 hours in total. We recommend booking ahead — we'll reserve a climate-controlled indoor bay and cure the coating with infrared heat, avoiding uneven results from summer sun exposure.
Q4. How do I care for the coating afterwards?
Avoid heavy rain for the first 3 days (if it does rain, just rinse off dust with clean water). After that, come back to LETS GET WASH every 6–8 weeks for a wash — we'll do a free spot check on the water contact angle and recommend a top-up if it drops below 90°.
Q5. Does it only help in the rain? What about sunny days?
On sunny days the biggest benefit is UV resistance plus reduced interior fogging. In winter, when air-con creates condensation, a coated window just needs a light wipe with a damp cloth to clear instantly — no long wait for the demister.
